Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14343
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that an arrow struck the vein of the arm of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it with a broad-headed arrow using his blessed hand. When it swelled up, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it again.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا سعد بن معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ کے بازو کی رگ میں ایک تیر لگ گیا نبی ﷺ نے انہیں اپنے دست مبارک سے چوڑے پھل کے تیر سے داغا، وہ سوج گیا تو نبی ﷺ نے دوبارہ داغ دیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Sayyidna Saad bin Muaz (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke bazu ki rag mein ek teer lag gaya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen apne dast mubarak se chaure phal ke teer se daagha, woh sooj gaya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne dobara daag diya.
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ: رُمِيَ سَعْدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ فِي أَكْحَلِهِ، فَحَسَمَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِيَدِهِ بِمِشْقَصٍ، ثُمَّ وَرِمَتْ، فَحَسَمَهُ الثَّانِيَةَ.
