Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14386

Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying three days before his death, "None of you should die but while he has good thoughts about Allah."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو وصال سے تین دن پہلے یہ ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ تم میں سے جس شخص کو بھی موت آئے، وہ اس حال میں ہو کہ وہ اللہ کے ساتھ حسن ظن رکھتا ہو۔

Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko wisal se teen din pehle ye irshad farmate huye suna hai ki tum mein se jis shakhs ko bhi maut aaye, woh is hal mein ho ki woh Allah ke sath husn-e-zann rakhta ho.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ . ح وَابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِثَلَاثٍ:" أَلَا لَا يَمُوتَنَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ إِلَّا وَهُوَ يُحْسِنُ بِاللَّهِ الظَّنَّ".
