Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14603
Abu Zubair said that I asked Jabir ibn Abdullah, "Did the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say that one-fifth of buried treasure is due to the public treasury?" He said, "Yes."

ابوالزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ کیا نبی ﷺ نے یہ فرمایا: تھا کہ زمین کے دفینے میں بیت المال کے لئے پانچوں حصہ واجب ہے انہوں نے فرمایا: ہاں۔
Abualzbair kehte hain ke maine Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se poocha ke kya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye farmaya tha ke zameen ke dafine mein baitulmaal ke liye panchon hissa wajib hai unhon ne farmaya: Haan.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ جَابِرًا ، أَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" فِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ"؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ.
