Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14798
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the wife of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Rabi' (RA) came to the Prophet (PBUH) with her two daughters, who were from Sa'd, and said: "O Messenger of Allah! These are the two daughters of Sa'd. Their father was martyred with you in the Battle of Uhud. Their uncle has taken possession of their wealth and has not left anything for them. Now their marriage can only take place if they have some wealth." The Prophet (PBUH) said: "Allah will decide in this matter." So, the verses of inheritance were revealed. And the Prophet (PBUH) summoned their uncle and said: "Give two-thirds to the two daughters of Sa'd and one-eighth to their mother. Then whatever remains will be yours."
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا سعد بن ربیع کی بیوی اپنی دو بیٹیاں جو سعد سے تھیں لے کر نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی اور کہنے لگی کہ یا رسول اللہ! یہ دونوں سعد کی بیٹیاں ہیں ان کے والد غزوہ احد میں آپ کے ساتھ شہید ہو گئے تھے ان کے چچا نے ان کے مال دولت پر قبضہ کر لیا ہے اور ان کے لئے کچھ بھی نہیں چھوڑا ہے اب ان کی شادی بھی اسی وقت ہو سکتی ہے جب ان کا کوئی مال ہو، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اس مسئلے میں اللہ فیصلہ کر ے گا چنانچہ آیت میراث نازل ہوئی اور نبی ﷺ نے ان بچیوں کے چچا کو بلا کر بھیجا اور فرمایا: سعد کی دونوں بیٹیوں کو دو تہائی اور ان کی والدہ کو آٹھواں حصہ دیدو۔ اس کے بعد جو باقی بچے گا وہ تمہارا ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Sayyidna Saad bin Rubai ki biwi apni do betiyan jo Saad se thin le kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hui aur kehne lagi ki Ya Rasulullah! Ye donon Saad ki betiyan hain in ke walid Ghazwa Uhud mein aap ke sath shaheed ho gaye the in ke chacha ne in ke maal daulat par qabza kar liya hai aur in ke liye kuchh bhi nahin chhora hai ab in ki shadi bhi usi waqt ho sakti hai jab in ka koi maal ho, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki is masle mein Allah faisla kare ga chunancha ayat mirath nazil hui aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne in bachchon ke chacha ko bula kar bheja aur farmaya: Saad ki donon betion ko do tihai aur in ki walida ko athwan hissa de do. Is ke bad jo baqi bache ga woh tumhara ho ga.
حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ عَدِيٍّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ: جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةُ سَعْدِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِابْنَتَيْهَا مِنْ سَعْدٍ، فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هَاتَانِ ابْنَتَا سَعْدِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، قُتِلَ أَبُوهُمَا مَعَكَ فِي أُحُدٍ شَهِيدًا، وَإِنَّ عَمَّهُمَا أَخَذَ مَالَهُمَا، فَلَمْ يَدَعْ لَهُمَا مَالًا، وَلَا يُنْكَحَانِ إِلَّا وَلَهُمَا مَالٌ، قَالَ: فَقَالَ:" يَقْضِي اللَّهُ فِي ذَلِكَ"، قَالَ: فَنَزَلَتْ آيَةُ الْمِيرَاثِ، فَأَرْسَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى عَمِّهِمَا، فَقَالَ:" أَعْطِ ابْنَتَيْ سَعْدٍ الثُّلُثَيْنِ، وَأُمَّهُمَا الثُّمُنَ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَهُوَ لَكَ".
