Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14841
Jabir ibn Abdullah narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade from Muhaqalah transaction, selling animals by estimating their offspring while they are still in the womb, sharecropping with preconditions, selling fruits for several years in advance, and selling the fruits of a garden except with certain conditions.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بیع محاقلہ، مزابنہ، بٹائی، کئی سالوں کے ٹھیکے پر پھلوں کی فروخت اور مخصوص درختوں کے استثناء سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Bay Muhaqila, Muzabanah, Batai, kayi saloon ke theke par phalon ki farokht aur makhsoos darakhton ke istisna se mana farmaya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ" نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ، وَالْمُحَاقَلَةِ، وَالْمُخَابَرَةِ، وَالثُّنْيَا، وَالْمُعَاوَمَةِ".
