Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14995
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), that a person asked in the court of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Which Islam is the best?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "That other Muslims are safe from your tongue and hand."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص نے بارگاہ نبوت میں عرض کیا: کہ کون سا اسلام افضل ہے؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ دوسرے مسلمان تمہاری زبان اور ہاتھ سے محفوظ رہیں
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik shakhs ne bargah e nabuwat mein arz kiya: ki kaun sa Islam afzal hai? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki dusre musalman tumhari zaban aur hath se mahfooz rahen.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ يَعْنِي الْعَدَنِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّ الْإِسْلَامِ أَفْضَلُ؟، قَالَ:" أَنْ يَسْلَمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِكَ وَيَدِكَ"، قَالَ أَبِي: وَحَدَّثَنَاه وَكِيعٌ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ .
