Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15072
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we used to practice coitus interruptus (withdrawal).

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ , أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ , أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , وَذَكَرُوا الْعَزْلَ , فَقَالَ:" كُنَّا نَصْنَعُهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ".
