Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15092
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever from the slaves marries without the permission of his master, then he commits fornication."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو غلام اپنے آقا کی اجازت کے بغیر نکاح کر لیتا ہے وہ بدکاری کرتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo gulam apne aqa ki ijazat ke baghair nikah kar leta hai woh badkari karta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ , أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى , عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ , عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ:" أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنٍ أَوْ قَالَ نَكَحَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ أَهْلِهِ فَهُوَ عَاهِرٌ".
