Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 15172
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah regarding the details of the Prophet's Hajj: "Then the Prophet (ﷺ) descended from As-Safa and when his noble feet came down in the valley, he started running till he reached the other end, when we ascended, the Prophet (ﷺ) walked at his usual pace."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے نبی ﷺ کے حج کے متعلق تفصیلات میں یہ بھی مذکور ہے کہ پھر نبی ﷺ صفا سے اترے اور وادی کے بیچ میں جب آپ کے مبارک قدم اترے تو آپ نے سعی فرمائی یہاں تک کہ جب دوسرے حصے پر ہم لوگ چڑھ گئے تو نبی ﷺ معمول کی رفتار سے چلنے لگے۔
Sayyidana Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke Hajj ke mutalliq tafseelat mein yeh bhi mazkur hai ki phir Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Safa se utre aur waadi ke beech mein jab Aap ke mubarak qadam utre to Aap ne sa'i farmai yahan tak ki jab dusre hisse par hum log chadh gaye to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mamuli ki raftar se chalne lage.
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ , أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ , عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" كَانَ إِذَا نَزَلَ مِنَ الصَّفَا مَشَى , حَتَّى إِذَا انْصَبَّتْ قَدَمَاهُ فِي بَطْنِ الْوَادِي , سَعَى حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ مِنْهُ".
