Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 16333
It is narrated from Sayyidina Umar bin Abi Salamah, with two different chains of narration, that "I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in the house of Sayyida Umm Salamah while wearing a single piece of cloth, with its two ends draped over his shoulders."

سیدنا عمر بن ابی سلمہ سے دو مختلف سندوں کے ساتھ مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو سیدنا ام سلمہ کے گھر میں ایک کپڑے میں اس کے دونوں کناروں کو کندھوں پر ڈال کر نماز پڑھتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Sayyidna Umar bin Abi Salama se do mukhtalif sanadon ke sath marvi hai ki maine Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko Sayyidna Umm Salama ke ghar mein ek kapre mein uske donon kinaron ko kandhon par daal kar namaz parhte hue dekha hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، قَالَ:" رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُشْتَمِلًا بِهِ".
