Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 16338
It is narrated from Sayyidina Umar bin Abi Salama that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to me, "Take Allah's name, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is in front of you." It is narrated from Sayyidina Umar bin Abi Salama that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to me, "Dear son, come close, take Allah's name, eat with your right hand, and eat from what is in front of you."

سیدنا عمر بن ابی سلمہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا کہ اللہ کا نام لو دائیں ہاتھ سے کھاؤ اور اپنے سامنے سے کھاؤ۔ سیدنا عمر بن ابی سلمہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا: پیارے بیٹے قریب آجاؤ اللہ کا نام لو دائیں ہاتھ سے کھاؤ اور اپنے سامنے سے کھاؤ۔
Sayyidna Umar bin Abi Salma se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujh se farmaya keh Allah ka naam lo dayen hath se khao aur apne samne se khao. Sayyidna Umar bin Abi Salma se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujh se farmaya: Pyare bete qareeb aajao Allah ka naam lo dayen hath se khao aur apne samne se khao.
قَالَ عبد الله بن أحمد: قَرَأْتُ عَلَى أَبِي حَدَّثَكُمْ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو وَجْزَةَ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَهُ:" يَا بُنَيَّ، ادْنُهْ، وَسَمِّ اللَّهَ، وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ".
