Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 17246

It is narrated on the authority of Amr bin Umayyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performing ablution and wiping over his socks.

حضرت عمروبن امیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کو موزوں پر مسح کرتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔

Hazrat Amr bin Umayyah RA se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi SAW ko mozon par masah karte hue dekha hai.

حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، وَحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، أَنَّ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ" .
