Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 17245
It is narrated on the authority of Amr bin Umayyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performing masah (wiping) over his socks and turban.

حضرت عمروبن امیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو موزوں اور عمامے پر مسح کرتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Hazrat Amr bin Umayyah RA se marvi hai keh maine Nabi SAW ko mozon aur amamay par masah karte huye dekha hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ وَالْخِمَارِ" .
