Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 17468

It is narrated on the authority of Habib bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also gave gifts from the remaining one-third after (distributing) Khums.

حضرت حبیب بن مسلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے خمس کے بعد تہائی میں سے انعام بھی عطا فرمایا۔

Hazrat Habib bin Muslimah Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ki Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne khums ke bad tehtai mein se inaam bhi ata farmaya.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، عَنْ زَيد بْنِ جَارِيَةَ ، عن حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ ،" أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَّلَ الثُّلُثَ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ" .
