Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 17467
It is narrated on the authority of Habib bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) bestowed upon me a gift from the third (remaining) after (taking out) Khums.

حضرت حبیب بن مسلمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے میرے سامنے خمس کے بعد تہائی میں سے انعام بھی عطا فرمایا۔
Hazrat Habib bin Muslimah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mere samne khums ke baad tehrai mein se inaam bhi ata farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ ، عن حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ ، قَالَ:" شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَّلَ الثُّلُثَ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ" .
