Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 17615
It is narrated on the authority of Amr bin Umayyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performing ablution (wudu) and wiping over his socks.

حضرت عمروبن امیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو موزوں پر مسح کرتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Hazrat Amr bin Umayyah RA se marvi hai ki maine Nabi SAW ko mozon par masah karte hue dekha hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ ، قَالَ:" رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ" .
