Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 18634
It is narrated on the authority of Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the condition of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in prayer was that when he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would pray, he would bow, raise his head from bowing, prostrate, raise his head from prostration, and the duration of all these positions, including the time between the two prostrations, would be equal. We do not know which of these positions is superior.

حضرت براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کی نماز کی کیفیت اس طرح تھی کہ جب آپ ﷺ نماز پڑھتے رکوع کرتے رکوع سے سر اٹھاتے سجدہ کرتے سجدہ سے سر اٹھاتے اور دو سجدوں کے درمیان تمام مواقع پر برابر دورانیہ ہوتا تھا، ہم نہیں جانتے کہ ان میں سے افضل کیا ہے؟
Hazrat Bara bin Aazib RA se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem SAW ki namaz ki kaifiyat is tarah thi ke jab aap SAW namaz parhte rukuh karte rukuh se sar uthate sijda karte sijda se sar uthate aur do sajdon ke darmiyaan tamam mauqay par barabar doraniya hota tha, hum nahi jante ke in mein se afzal kya hai?
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْكِلَابِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مِسْعَرٌ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَن عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ، قَالَ:" كَانَ رُكُوعُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقِيَامُهُ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ، وَجُلُوسُهُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ، لَا نَدْرِي أَيَّهُ أَفْضَلَ" .
