Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19220
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Islam is based on five pillars: To testify that there is no god but Allah, to establish prayer, to pay Zakat, to perform Hajj of the House of Allah, and to fast during the month of Ramadan.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اسلام کی بنیاد پانچ چیزوں پر ہے، لا الہ الا اللہ کی گواہی دینا، نماز قائم کرنا، زکوٰۃ ادا کرنا، بیت اللہ کا حج کرنا اور رمضان کے روزے رکھنا۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Islam ki bunyad panch cheezon per hai, La Ilaha Illallah ki gawahi dena, namaz qaim karna, zakat ada karna, Baitullah ka Hajj karna aur Ramzan ke roze rakhna.
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " بُنِيَ الْإِسْلَامُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ، وَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ، وَصَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ" .
