Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19225
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When someone flees from us to the enemy and dies in their company, then he is a disbeliever.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب کوئی بھگوڑا ہو کر دشمن سے جاملے اور وی ہیں پر مرجائے تو وہ کافر ہے۔
Hazrat Jarir Razi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya Jab Koi Bhagorra Ho Kar Dushman Se Jajaye Aur Wehin Per Marjaye To Woh Kaafir Hai
حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ يَزِيدَ الْأَوْدِيَّ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ جرير ، عن النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: " إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ، فَلَحِقَ بِالْعَدُوِّ، فَمَاتَ، فَهُوَ كَافِرٌ" .
