Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19240
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When someone flees from the army and joins the enemy, his blood becomes lawful (to shed).
Grade: Sahih
حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب کوئی بھگوڑا ہو کر دشمن سے جاملے تو اس کا خون حلال ہوگیا۔
Hazrat Jarir Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Nabi Kareem Salla Allaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya Jab Koi Bhagora Ho Kar Dushman Se Jaa Mile To Uska Khoon Halal Hogaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ هُوَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ، قَالَ: حدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ ، وَلَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ، قَالَ: " إِذَا أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ دَمُهُ" .
