Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19239
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When someone flees (from the battlefield) and joins the enemy, his blood becomes permissible (to shed).
Grade: Sahih
حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب کوئی بھگوڑا ہو کر دشمن سے جاملے تو اس کا خون حلال ہوگیا۔
Hazrat Jarir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab koi bhagoora ho kar dushman se jamle to uska khoon halal hogaya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَ: " إِذَا أَبَقَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الشِّرْكِ يَعْنِي الْعَبْدَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ بِنَفْسِهِ" . وَرُبَّمَا رَفَعَهُ شَرِيكٌ.
