ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1928
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of grain before it is in possession. My opinion is that this applies to everything.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے جس غلے کو بیچنے سے منع فرمایا ہے، وہ قبضہ سے قبل ہے، میری رائے یہ ہے کہ اس کا تعلق ہر چیز کے ساتھ ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne jis ghale ko bechne se mana farmaya hai, woh qabza se qabal hai, meri rai yeh hai ki iska ta'alluq har cheez ke sath hai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ طَاوُسٍ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ: أَمَّا الَّذِي نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ،" أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَتَّى يُقْبَضَ فَالطَّعَامُ"، وقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: بِرَأْيِهِ وَلَا أَحْسَبُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا مِثْلَهُ.
