ومن مسند بني هاشم
The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 1930
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a man passed away. He had no heir except for a slave whom he had freed. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted the inheritance to that very slave.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ایک آدمی فوت ہوگیا، اس کا کوئی وارث بھی نہ تھا سوائے اس غلام کے جسے اس نے آزاد کر دیا تھا، نبی ﷺ نے اسی غلام کو اس کی میراث عطاء فرما دی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur basadat mein ek aadmi foot hogaya, us ka koi waris bhi nah tha siwaye us gulam ke jise us ne aazad kar diya tha, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne usi gulam ko us ki miraas ata farma di.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَوْسَجَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ," رَجُلٌ مَاتَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَلَمْ يَتْرُكْ وَارِثًا إِلَّا عَبْدًا هُوَ أَعْتَقَهُ، فَأَعْطَاهُ مِيرَاثَهُ".
