Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19309
It is narrated by Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, during a journey, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stopped at a place and said, "You people are not even one hundred thousandth of those who will come to me at the Haud-e-Kausar on the Day of Judgment." We asked Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) how many of you were there at that time? He replied, "Six to seven hundred."

حضرت زید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے کسی سفر میں ایک مقام پر پڑاؤ کرکے فرمایا تم لوگ قیامت کے دن میرے پاس حوض کوثر پر آنے والوں کا لاکھواں حصہ بھی نہیں ہو ہم نے حضرت زید رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ اس وقت آپ لوگ کتنے تھے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا چھ سے سات سو۔
Hazrat Zaid Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kisi safar mein ek maqam par padav karke farmaya tum log qayamat ke din mere pass hauz e kausar par aane walon ka lakhwan hissa bhi nahi ho hum ne Hazrat Zaid Razi Allah Anhu se pucha ki us waqt aap log kitne thay? Unhon ne farmaya chhe se saat sau.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ: عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ أَخْبَرَنِي، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَمْزَةَ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ ، قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَنَزَلَ مَنْزِلًا، فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: " مَا أَنْتُمْ بِجُزْءٍ مِنْ مِئَةِ أَلْفِ جُزْءٍ مِمَّنْ يَرِدُ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي"، قَالَ: كَمْ كُنْتُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ؟ قَالَ: سَبْعَ مِئَةٍ، أَوْ ثَمَانِ مِئَةٍ .
