Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19425
It is narrated on the authority of Aqabah bin Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a person named Nu'aiman was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he was accused of drinking wine. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then ordered all the men present in the house, and they beat Nu'aiman with their hands, twigs, and shoes. I was also among those who beat him.

حضرت عقبہ بن حارث رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں ایک مرتبہ نعیمان کو لایا گیا جن پر شراب نوشی کا الزام تھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس وقت گھر میں موجود سارے مردوں کو حکم دیا اور انہوں نے نعیمان کو ہاتھوں، ٹہنیوں اور جوتیوں سے مارا میں بھی مارنے والوں میں شامل تھا۔
Hazrat Uqba bin Haris (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein ek martaba Naiman ko laya gaya jin par sharaab noshi ka ilzaam tha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us waqt ghar mein mojood sare mardon ko hukm diya aur unhon ne Naiman ko hathon, tahniyon aur jutyon se mara mein bhi marne walon mein shamil tha.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُقْبَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ: أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالنُّعَيْمَانِ قَدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ، فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ فِي الْبَيْتِ، فَضَرَبُوهُ بِالْأَيْدِي وَالْجَرِيدِ وَالنِّعَالِ، قَالَ: وَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ ضَرَبَهُ .
