Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19424
It is narrated by Uqbah bin Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) that I married the daughter of Abi Ahab. After that, a black woman came to us and said that she had breastfed both of us (therefore we are milk-siblings and this marriage is not valid). I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and submitted that I had married the daughter of so and so. After the marriage, a black woman came to us and said that she had breastfed both of us, though she is lying. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) turned his face away from me. I came to his right side, he again turned his face away. I submitted, "O Messenger of Allah, that woman is black!" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, “Now how can you live with that woman when this has been said?"

حضرت عقبہ بن حارث رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے بنت ابی اہاب سے نکاح کیا، اس کے بعد ایک سیاہ فام عورت ہمارے پاس آئی اور کہنے لگی کہ میں نے تم دونوں کو دودھ پلایا ہے (اس لئے تم دونوں رضاعی بہن بھائی ہو اور یہ نکاح صحیح نہیں ہے) میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا کہ میں نے فلاں شخص کی بیٹی سے نکاح کیا، نکاح کے بعد ایک سیاہ فام عورت ہمارے پاس آئی اور کہنے لگی کہ میں نے تم دونوں کو دودھ پلا دیا ہے حالانکہ وہ جھوٹی ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس پر منہ پھیرلیا، میں دائیں جانب سے آیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے پھر منہ پھیرلیا، میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! وہ عورت تو سیاہ فام ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اب تم اس عورت کے پاس کیسے رہ سکتے ہو جبکہ یہ بات کہہ دی گئی۔
Hazrat Uqba bin Harith (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine bint abi ahab se nikah kiya, iske baad ek siyah faam aurat humare pass aai aur kehne lagi ki maine tum donon ko doodh pilaya hai (is liye tum donon razai behan bhai ho aur ye nikah sahih nahi hai) main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur arz kiya ki maine falan shakhs ki beti se nikah kiya, nikah ke baad ek siyah faam aurat humare pass aai aur kehne lagi ki maine tum donon ko doodh pila diya hai halanki woh jhoothi hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is par munh pher liya, main dayen janib se aaya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phir munh pher liya, maine arz kiya ya Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)! woh aurat to siyah faam hai? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ab tum us aurat ke pass kaise reh sakte ho jabki ye baat keh di gai.
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ: تَزَوَّجْتُ ابْنَةَ أَبِي إِهَابٍ، فَجَاءَتْ امْرَأَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ، فَذَكَرَتْ أَنَّهَا أَرْضَعَتْنَا، فَأَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُمْتُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ، فَكَلَّمْتُهُ، فَأَعْرَضَ عَنِّي، فَقُمْتُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، فَأَعْرَضَ عَنِّي، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّمَا هِيَ سَوْدَاءُ، قَالَ:" وَكَيْفَ وَقَدْ قِيلَ" .
