Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19807
Ubaidullah ibn Ziyad once asked Abu Burzah Aslami, may Allah be pleased with him, "Have you heard anything from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, regarding the Hawdh (Cistern of Abundance)?" He replied, "Yes! Not just once or twice. Now, whoever denies it, may Allah not quench his thirst from that Cistern."

عبیداللہ بن زیاد نے ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوبرزہ اسلمی رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کیا آپ نے حوض کوثر کے حوالے سے نبی ﷺ سے کچھ سنا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا ہاں! ایک دو مرتبہ نہیں، اب جو اس کی تکذیب کرتا ہے، اللہ اسے اس حوض سے سیراب نہ کرے۔
Ubaidullah bin Ziyad ne ek martaba Hazrat Abu Barzah Islami (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se pucha kya aap ne howz e kausar ke hawale se Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se kuchh suna hai? Unhon ne farmaya haan! Ek do martaba nahin, ab jo is ki takzib karta hai, Allah use is howz se sirab na kare.
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ أَبُو طَالُوتَ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ , أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ زِيَادٍ ، قَالَ لِأَبِي بَرْزَةَ : " هَلْ سَمِعْتَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَهُ قَطُّ يَعْنِي الْحَوْضَ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ، لَا مَرَّةً وَلَا مَرَّتَيْنِ، فَمَنْ كَذَّبَ بِهِ، فَلَا سَقَاهُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ" .
