Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19820
It was narrated from Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The best of people are my generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow them. Then there will come a people who will be fleshy and love fleshiness, and they will bear witness before they are asked to.”

حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا سب سے بہترین زمانہ میرا ہے، پھر اس کے بعد والوں کا اور پھر اس کے بعد والوں کا، پھر ایک قوم آئے گی جس کے افراد خوب موٹے ہوں گے اور موٹاپے کو پسند کرتے ہوں گے، وہ کسی کے کہنے سے پہلے ہی گواہی دینے کے لئے تیار ہوں گے۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya sab se behtarin zamana mera hai, phir uske baad walon ka aur phir uske baad walon ka, phir ek qaum aayegi jiske afrad khoob mote honge aur motape ko pasand karte honge, wo kisi ke kehne se pehle hi gawahi dene ke liye taiyar honge.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ يَسَافٍ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " خَيْرُ النَّاسِ قَرْنِي، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ، ثُمَّ يَجِيءُ قَوْمٌ يَتَسَمَّنُونَ يُحِبُّونَ السِّمَنَ، يُعْطُونَ الشَّهَادَةَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْأَلُوهَا" .
