Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19848
It is narrated on the authority of Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "My grandson has passed away. What share will I inherit from him?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "You will receive one-sixth." When the man turned to leave, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called him back and said: "You will also receive another one-sixth." As the man was leaving again, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called him back and said: "This second one-sixth is an extra portion for you."

حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا کہ میرا پوتا فوت ہوگیا ہے، اس کی وراثت میں سے مجھے کیا ملے گا؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا تمہیں چھٹا حصہ ملے گا، جب وہ واپس جانے لگا تو نبی ﷺ نے اسے بلا کر فرمایا تمہیں ایک چھٹا حصہ اور بھی ملے گا، جب وہ دوبارہ واپس جانے لگا تو نبی ﷺ نے اسے بلا کر فرمایا یہ دوسرا چھٹا حصہ تمہارے لئے ایک زائد لقمہ ہے۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek aadmi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur kehne laga ki mera pota فوت hogaya hai, uski wirasat mein se mujhe kya milega? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tumhein chhata hissa milega, jab woh wapas jane laga toh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use bula kar farmaya tumhein ek chhata hissa aur bhi milega, jab woh dobara wapas jane laga toh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use bula kar farmaya yeh doosra chhata hissa tumhare liye ek zaid laqma hai.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ ابنَ ابْنِي مَاتَ فَمَا لِي مِنْ مِيرَاثِهِ؟ قَالَ: " لَكَ السُّدُسُ" قَالَ: فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَ دَعَاهُ، قَالَ:" لَكَ سُدُسٌ آخَرُ" قَالَ: فَلَمَّا أَدْبَرَ دَعَاهُ، قَالَ:" إِنَّ السُّدُسَ الْآخَرَ طُعْمَةٌ" .
