Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19855
It is narrated on the authority of Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "There is no reality in demanding a good animal in Zakat, or (trying to) avoid paying Zakat, or wounding animals with spears."

حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا زکوٰۃ میں اچھے جانور وصول کرنا، یا زکوٰۃ کی ادائیگی سے (حیلے بہانوں سے) بچنا اور جانوروں کو نیزوں سے زخمی کرنے کی کوئی اصلیت نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW ne farmaya zakat mein achhe janwar wasool karna ya zakat ki adaegi se bachna aur janwaron ko nezon se zakhmi karne ki koi asliyat nahi hai
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَزَعَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا جَلَبَ، وَلَا جَنَبَ، وَلَا شِغَارَ" .
