Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19889
It is narrated by Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led the afternoon prayer. One of the people praying behind him recited Surah "Sabbihisma Rabbikal A'laa" (Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High). After the prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "Who amongst you recited Surah 'Sabbihisma Rabbikal A'laa'?" A man said, "I did." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I thought someone was arguing with me."

حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ یک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے ظہر کی نماز پڑھی، مقتدیوں میں سے ایک آدمی نے سبح اسم ربک الاعلی والی سورت پڑھی، نماز سے فارغ ہو کر نبی ﷺ نے پوچھا تم میں سے سبح اسم ربک الاعلی کس نے پڑھی ہے؟ ایک آدمی نے کہا میں نے، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا میں سمجھ گیا تھا کہ تم میں سے کوئی مجھ سے جھگڑ رہا ہے۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki yak martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Zuhar ki namaz parhi, muqtadiyon mein se ek aadmi ne Subhanasmarabbaikal a'ala wali surat parhi, namaz se farigh ho kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne poocha tum mein se Subhanasmarabbaikal a'ala kis ne parhi hai? Ek aadmi ne kaha maine, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein samajh gaya tha ki tum mein se koi mujh se jhagra raha hai.
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْبُوبُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ هِلَالِ بْنِ أَبِي زَيْنَبَ , حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى الْقُشَيْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الظُّهْرِ فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ , قَالَ:" أَيُّكُمْ قَرَأَ: ب ِسَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى؟" قَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ: أَنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , قَالَ: " لَقَدْ عَرَفْتُ أَنَّ بَعْضَكُمْ خَالَجَنِيهَا" .
