Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19929
It was narrated from Imran bin Husain that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who loots is not one of us.”

حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص لوٹ مار کرتا ہے، ہم میں سے نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs loot maar karta hai hum mein se nahi hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَنْ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا" .
