Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 19955
It is narrated on the authority of Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: Anger invalidates a vow, and its expiation is the same as the expiation of an oath.
Grade: Da'if
حضرت عمران رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ غصے میں منت نہیں ہوتی اور اس کا کفارہ وہی ہوتا ہے جو کفارہ قسم کا ہے۔
Hazrat Imran (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki ghusse mein manta nahin hoti aur iska kaffara wahi hota hai jo kaffara qasam ka hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا حَدَّثَهُ , أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَذَرَ أَنْ لَا يَشْهَدَ الصَّلَاةَ فِي مَسْجِدٍ، فَقَالَ عِمْرَانُ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " لَا نَذْرَ فِي غَضَبٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ" .
