Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20168
It is narrated on the authority of Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "That part of the izaar (lower garment) which hangs below the ankles will be burned in the fire of Hell."

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا تہبند کا جو حصہ ٹخنوں کے نیچے رہے گا وہ جہنم کی آگ میں جلے گا۔
Hazrat Samra raza allaho anha se marvi hai keh nabi sallallaho alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya tehband ka jo hissa takhnon ke neeche rahe ga woh jahannam ki aag mein jale ga.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَزَعَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَسْقَعِ بْنِ الْأَسْلَعِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا تَحْتَ الْكَعْبَيْنِ مِنَ الْإِزَارِ فِي النَّارِ" .
