Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20167
It has been narrated on the authority of Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him), that whoever acquires ownership of his close relative, that relative becomes free.
Grade: Sahih
حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مرفوعاً مروی ہے کہ جو شخص اپنے قریبی رشتہ دار کا مالک بن جاتا ہے تو وہ رشتہ دار آزاد ہوجاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Samra (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marfooan marvi hai ke jo shakhs apne qareebi rishtedaar ka malik ban jata hai to woh rishtedaar aazaad hojata hai.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ رَفَعَهُ، قَالَ: " مَنْ مَلَكَ ذَا رَحِمٍ فَهُوَ حُرٌّ" .
