Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20182
It is narrated on the authority of Samrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the sale) as long as they have not separated from each other.

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ہے بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) کو اس وقت تک (بیع فسخ کرنے کا) اختیار رہتا ہے جب تک وہ ایک دوسرے سے جدا نہیں ہوجاتے۔
Hazrat Samara (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya hai ba'i (bechne wala) aur mushtari (kharidne wala aur bechne wala) ko us waqt tak (bay'e fasakh karne ka) ikhtiyar rehta hai jab tak woh ek doosre se juda nahi hojate.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا" .
