Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20189
It was narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The seller and the buyer have the right (to annul the sale) as long as they have not separated, and each of them may take back what he had agreed to in the sale." Tha'labah ibn 'Abbad al-'Abdi said: One day I was present at the khutbah of Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him), and he mentioned this hadith in his khutbah, quoting the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: One day, I and an Ansar boy were practicing archery in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). When the sun rose two or three spears' lengths high in the sight of the onlookers, it became dark as if it were a thick, black grass. Then the narrator mentioned the whole hadith.

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ہے کہ بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) کو اس وقت تک (بیع فسخ کرنے کا) اختیار رہتا ہے جب تک وہ ایک دوسرے سے جدا نہیں ہوجاتے اور ان میں سے ہر ایک وہ لے سکتا ہے جس پر وہ بیع میں راضی ہو۔ ثعلبہ بن عباد عبدی کہتے ہیں ایک دن میں حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے خطبے میں حاضر ہوا تو انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کے حوالے سے اپنے خطبے میں یہ حدیث ذکر کرتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ ایک دن میں اور ایک انصاری لڑکا نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں نشانہ بازی کررہے تھے جب دیکھنے والوں کی نظر میں سورج دو یا تین نیزوں کے برابر بلند ہوگیا تو وہ اس طرح تاریک ہوگیا جیسے تنومہ گھاس سیاہ ہوتی ہے پھر راوی نے پوری حدیث ذکر کی
Hazrat Samra Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ki Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya hai ki ba'e (bechne wala) aur mushtari (kharidne wala aur bechne wala) ko us waqt tak (bay'e faskh karne ka) ikhtiyar rehta hai jab tak woh ek doosre se juda nahi hojate aur in mein se har ek woh le sakta hai jis par woh bay'e mein raazi ho. Salbah bin Abad Abdi kehte hain ek din main Hazrat Samra Radi Allaho Anho ke khutbe mein hazir hua to unhon ne Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke hawale se apne khutbe mein yeh hadees zikar karte hue farmaya ki ek din main aur ek Ansaari ladka Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ke daur ba-saadat mein nishana bazi kar rahe the jab dekhne walon ki nazar mein sooraj do ya teen nezon ke barabar buland hogaya to woh is tarah tareek hogaya jaise tanooma ghaas siyah hoti hai phir ravi ne poori hadees zikar ki.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ : أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، وَيَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ" ..
