Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20206
It is narrated on the authority of Samurah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “If the marriage of a woman is contracted by her two guardians in two different places, then she will belong to the one who contracted her marriage first. And if a woman buys one thing from two different men, then she will be bound to the one from whom she bought it first.”

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جس ایک عورت کا نکاح اس کے دو ولی مختلف جگہوں پر کردیں تو وہ ان میں سے پہلے کی ہوگی اور جس نے دو مختلف آدمیوں سے ایک ہی چیز خریدی تو وہ ان میں سے پہلے کی ہوگی۔
Hazrat Samara razi Allah anha se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jis ek aurat ka nikah uske do wali mukhtalif jagahon par kar den to wo un me se pehle ki hogi aur jis ne do mukhtalif admiyon se ek hi cheez kharidi to wo un me se pehle ki hogi.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ، فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا، وَإِذَا بَاعَ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ، فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا" .
