Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20252
It is narrated on the authority of Samrah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the sale) as long as they have not separated from each other, and each of them can take back what they agreed upon in the sale.”

حضرت سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) کو اس وقت تک (بیع فسخ کرنے کا) اختیار رہتا ہے جب تک وہ ایک دوسرے سے جدا نہیں ہوجاتے اور ان میں سے ہر ایک وہ لے سکتا ہے جس پر بیع میں وہ راضی ہو۔
Hazrat Samra Razi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya Baye (bechne wala) Aur Mushtari (Khareedne Wala Aur Bechne Wala) Ko Us Waqt Tak (Baye Fask Karne Ka) Ikhtyar Rehta Hai Jab Tak Wo Ek Dusre Se Juda Nahi Hojate Aur Inme Se Har Ek Wo Le Sakta Hai Jis Par Baye Me Wo Razi Ho.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَن قَتَادَةَ ، عَن الْحَسَنِ ، عَن سَمُرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، أَوْ يَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ" .
