Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20291
It is narrated on the authority of Maqal bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “He who is appointed over the affairs of the Muslims but deceives them and dies as a deceiver, Allah will forbid Paradise for him.”

حضرت معقل بن یسار رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص کسی رعایا کا نگہبان بنے پھر اسے دھوکہ دے اور اسی حال میں مرجائے تو اللہ اس پر جنت کو حرام قرار دے دیتا ہے۔
Hazrat Maqal bin Yasar RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs kisi raaya ka nigahban bane phir use dhoka de aur isi hal mein mar jaye to Allah us par jannat ko haram qarar de deta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ , أَنَّ مَعْقِلَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ اشْتَكَى، فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ يَعْنِي يَعُودُهُ، فَقَالَ: أَمَا إِنِّي سَأُحَدِّثُكَ حَدِيثًا لَمْ أَكُنْ حَدَّثْتُكَ بِهِ، إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَوْ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لَا يَسْتَرْعِي اللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى عَبْدًا رَعِيَّةً، فَيَمُوتُ يَوْمَ يَمُوتُ وَهُوَ لَهَا غَاشٌّ، إِلَّا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ" .
