Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20519
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Musa that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: When two Muslims face each other with their swords drawn and one of them kills the other, then both the killer and the killed will go to Hellfire.

حضرت ابوموسی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ جب دو مسلمان تلواریں لے کر ایک دوسرے کے سامنے آجائیں اور ان میں سے ایک دوسرے کو قتل کردے تو قاتل اور مقتول دونوں جہنم میں جائیں گے۔
Hazrat Abu Musa se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki jab do musalman talwaren lekar ek dusre ke samne aa jayen aur in mein se ek dusre ko qatl kar de to qatil aur maqtool dono jahanam mein jayenge.
حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، وَيُونُسُ ، وَهِشَامٌ ، وَالْمُعَلَّي بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنِ الْأَحْنَفِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا تَوَاجَهَ الْمُسْلِمَانِ بِسَيْفَيْهِمَا، فَقَتَلَ أَحَدُهُمَا صَاحِبَهُ، فَهُمَا فِي النَّارِ جَمِيعًا" .
