Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 20988
Someone asked Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about the white hair of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said that there were a few white hairs in the hair of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). When he used to apply oil to his hair, the whiteness of the hair would not be visible.

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کسی نے نبی ﷺ کے سفید بالوں کے متعلق پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ کے سر میں چند بال سفید تھے جب آپ سر پر تیل لگاتے تو بالوں کی سفیدی واضح نہیں ہوتی تھی۔
Hazrat Jaber razi Allah anhu se kisi ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke safaid baalon ke mutaliq poocha to unhon ne farmaya ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sar mein chand baal safaid thay jab aap sar par tel lagaatay to baalon ki sufaidi wazeh nahi hoti thi.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ:" مَا كَانَ فِي رَأْسِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الشَّيْبِ إِلَّا شَعَرَاتٌ فِي مَفْرِقِ رَأْسِهِ، كَانَ إِذَا ادَّهَنَ غَطَّاهُنَّ" .
