Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 21004
It is narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had slender shins. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would only smile when laughing. Whenever you saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), you would say that his eyes were lined with kohl, even if he had not applied any.

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کی مبارک پنڈلیوں میں پتلا پن تھا اور ہنستے وقت نبی ﷺ صرف تبسم فرماتے تھے اور جب بھی تم نبی ﷺ کو دیکھتے تو یہی کہتے کہ نبی ﷺ کی آنکھیں سرمگیں ہیں خواہ آپ نے سرمہ بھی نہ لگایا ہو۔
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki mubarak pindliyon mein patla pan tha aur hanste waqt Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) sirf tabassum farmate the aur jab bhi tum Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekhte to yahi kahte ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki aankhen surmagin hain chah aap ne surma bhi na lagaya ho.
حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْعَوَّامِ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ:" كَانَ فِي سَاقَيْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حُمُوشَةٌ، وَكَانَ لَا يَضْحَكُ إِلَّا تَبَسُّمًا، وَكَانَ إِذَا نَظَرْتُ إِلَيْهِ، قُلْتُ: أَكْحَلُ، وَلَيْسَ بِأَكْحَلِ" .
