Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 21051
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delivering the sermon only while standing.

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو صرف کھڑے ہو کر ہی خطبہ دیتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Hazrat Jabir Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Maine Nabi Salla Allaho Alaihi Wasallam Ko Sirf Khary Ho Kar Hi Khutba Dete Huye Dekha Hai
حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ، قَالَ:" مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ إِلَّا قَائِمًا" .
