The Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with them both)

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 2169
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that I bear witness that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed the Eid prayer before the sermon on the day of Eid, then he delivered the sermon. Afterwards, it occurred to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that the women may not have heard him, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to the women, preached to them, advised them, and instructed them to give charity.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نبی ﷺ کے متعلق گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ آپ ﷺ نے عید کے دن خطبہ سے پہلے نماز پڑھائی، پھر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا، بعد میں آپ ﷺ کو خیال آیا کہ عورتوں کے کانوں تک تو آواز پہنچی ہی نہیں ہوگی، چنانچہ نبی ﷺ نے عورتوں کے پاس آ کر انہیں وعظ و نصیحت کی اور انہیں صدقہ کا حکم دیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke mutalliq gawahi deta hun keh aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Eid ke din khutba se pehle namaz parhayi, phir khutba irshad farmaya, baad mein aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko khayal aaya keh auraton ke kano tak to aawaz pahunchi hi nahi hogi, chunancha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne auraton ke pass aa kar unhen waz o nasihat ki aur unhen sadqa ka hukum diya.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي الْفُرَاتِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ:" صَلَّى نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالنَّاسِ يَوْمَ فِطْرٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ بِغَيْرِ أَذَانٍ وَلَا إِقَامَةٍ، ثُمَّ خَطَبَ بَعْدَ الصَّلَاةِ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِ بِلَالٍ، فَانْطَلَقَ إِلَى النِّسَاءِ فَخَطَبَهُنَّ، ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِلَالًا بَعْدَ مَا قَفَّى مِنْ عِنْدِهِنَّ أَنْ يَأْتِيَهُنَّ فَيَأْمُرَهُنَّ أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقْنَ".
