Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 21838
It is narrated on the authority of Ash'ath bin Qais (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He who does not thank people does not thank Allah."

حضرت اشعث بن قیس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو لوگوں کا شکریہ ادا نہیں کرتا وہ اللہ کا شکر بھی ادا نہیں کرتا۔
Hazrat Ashas bin Qais (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo logon ka shukriya ada nahin karta woh Allah ka shukar bhi ada nahin karta.
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ , عَنْ سَلْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ , عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ , قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَشْكُرُ اللَّهَ مَنْ لَا يَشْكُرُ النَّاسَ" .
