Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 22417
It is narrated on the authority of Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "For every mistake (in prayer), there are two prostrations (of forgetfulness) after the concluding salutation."

حضرت ثوبان رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ہر سہو کے لئے سلام پھیرنے کے بعد دو سجدے ہیں۔
Hazrat Sauban Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya har sahu ke liye salam phirne ke baad do sajde hain.
حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْكَلَاعِيِّ ، عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: " لِكُلِّ سَهْوٍ سَجْدَتَانِ بَعْدَ مَا يُسَلِّمُ" .
