Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 22502
Tariq bin Suwayd (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I asked in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! We live in an area where grapes are grown. Can we crush them (to make wine) and drink it?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No." I repeated my question, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) again said, "No." I asked, "Can we give it to the sick as a treatment?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "There is no cure in it, rather it is a disease itself."

حضرت طارق بن سوید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے بارگاہ نبوت میں عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! ہم لوگ انگوروں کے علاقے میں رہتے ہیں کیا ہم انہیں نچوڑ کر (ان کی شراب) پی سکتے ہیں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا نہیں، میں نے اپنی بات کی تکرار کی، نبی کریم ﷺ نے پھر فرمایا نہیں میں نے عرض کیا کہ ہم مریض کو علاج کے طور پلا سکتے ہیں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اس میں شفاء نہیں بلکہ یہ تو نری بیماری ہے۔
Hazrat Tariq bin Suwaid Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ke maine bargah e nabuvvat mein arz kiya Ya Rasool Allah hum log angooron ke ilaqay mein rehte hain kya hum unhein nichod kar un ki sharab pee sakte hain Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya nahin maine apni baat ki takrar ki Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne phir farmaya nahin maine arz kiya ke hum mareed ko ilaaj ke tor par pila sakte hain Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya is mein shifa nahin balke ye to nari bimari hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ بِأَرْضِنَا أَعْنَابًا نَعْصِرُهَا، أَفَنَشْرَبُ مِنْهَا؟ قَالَ:" لَا" , فَرَاجَعْتُهُ، فَقَالَ:" لَا"، ثُمَّ رَاجَعْتُهُ، فَقَالَ" لَا"، فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّا نَسْتَشْفِي بِهَا لِلْمَرِيضِ، قَالَ: " إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِشِفَاءٍ، وَلَكِنَّهُ دَاءٌ" .
