Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 22599
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The one who gives water to the people drinks last himself.
Grade: Hasan
حضرت ابو قتادہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا لوگوں کو پلانے والا خود سب سے آخر میں پیتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Qatada Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya logon ko pilane wala khud sab se akhir mein peeta hai.
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " سَاقِي الْقَوْمِ آخِرُهُمْ" .
