Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 23666
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Tha'laba (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) rubbed his hand over his face at the time of the conquest of Makkah.

حضرت عبداللہ بن ثعلبہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فتح مکہ کے زمانے میں ان کے چہرے پر ہاتھ پھیرا تھا۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Thalaba (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne fatah Makkah ke zamane mein un ke chehre par hath phera tha.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّبَيْدِيُّ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ صُعَيْرٍ الْعُذْرِيِّ ، قَالَ: وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ " مَسَحَ وَجْهَهُ زَمَنَ الْفَتْحِ" .
